SHIPPING INFORMATION (CANADA)

All orders are shipped directly from our Canadian warehouse in Vancouver, BC using trusted national carriers like Canada Post and Purolator. All caps are packed securely in custom cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates & Options

FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of:

$12.99 CAD for standard shipping

$22.99 CAD for express shipping

All Canadian shipments include tracking.

Shipping Times (Within Canada)

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12 PM PST the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next available business day.

Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (CANADA)

We offer easy returns and exchanges for all Canadian customers. Items must be returned to our Vancouver facility and must be in original condition with tags attached.
