If your item doesn’t quite work out — whether it’s the fit, the style, or even if it just doesn’t match your shoes — no worries. You can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in like-new condition with original tags attached

Returns are accepted even without the original box — but if you still have it, that’s great

Return shipping is at your expense. In some cases, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund

If you’re requesting an exchange, please include the new item you'd like (we’ll do our best to fulfill it based on availability)

Sale items are final sale unless the product is faulty

Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our Canadian warehouse in Vancouver.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed. Please note we can’t hold or reserve exchange items while waiting for your return to arrive.
